What are Notice Governments? What are their functions?
The Bangladesh Government has published an announcement on 7 September 2021 for many notices to regulate the government of Bangladesh. Every resident of Bangladesh are warned not to alter their land property. The notice also warns the citizens of Bangladesh not to tamper with the boundary walls of Bangladesh and its outlying districts. There are three provinces inside Bangladesh: Commenced Bogra, Dhaka and Bogra. The governments of these provinces have advised citizens not cross the border between these provinces and not to alter boundary walls.
The government has also issued another notice gov bd regarding not accepting gifts from any unauthorized person. A fine of not more than one thousand dollars will be imposed on anyone who provides property or other property to an unauthorised person. Anyone who is found guilty of transferring property or other assets to an unauthorised person could be fined not exceeding 1,000 ticals. These notices can only be imposed by Bangladeshi law.
These notifications were made by the Bangladesh notice government due to many reasons. There are a variety of instances where land grabbing is an important issue. Some of the people are not following the law of the land and snatch properties without the proper permission of the law. To stop this the government of Bangladesh has issued a notice. The notice will inform citizens of their rights to the property as well as the appropriate behavior to take when handling the property.

The notice states that they will not allowed to own the property until notice is released.
